Vivotek's IB9387-LPR camera is a standalone LPR camera system, featuring built-in license plate recognition software as wemll as a white-lists and black- ists for advanced license plate verification. It converts number plates into Wiegand signals for use with an access control system, and also offers various APIs for integration with 3rd party systems such as parking management, toll collection, and weighbridge systems.
