Our first goal when we started out to design the NEAR IG series was this: they must sound great to everyone on the patio or deck, at every volume level, without fatigue. Second was: they must endure for years, even decades of full exposure to often nasty weather. They must do more than just work, they must sound fantastic and look great doing it over their entire lifespan, without yellowing, rusting or fading.
