Zkey-App ZKTeco USA App for Atlas Mobile Credentials

The ZKey Mobile Credential App is a FREE app that is available for download from the iOS & Google Play stores. The ZKey app can store and manage Bluetooth & QR Codes to create a true mobile & contactless access control experience.

Compatibility

• ZKey Bluetooth credentials are compatible with the following devices: KR500BT, KR502BT
• ZKey QR Code credentials are compatible with the following: Atlas Series ver. 2.6 or higher, QR500, QR502V

Adding a BT Credential

• Open the ZKey App and allow for permission to use your phones Bluetooth
• Click “ADD A NEW KEY”
• Select the type of key as “BLUETOOTH”
• You will need to register your phone and receive a 6-digit code to verify
• You will receive an email containing a QR & Registration code for your credential in PDF form. Either scan that QR or input the registration code here
• After adding the credential, you will be taken to the home screen where you can click on that credential to select and use it
• After selecting you will click on the lock icon to activate and use the credential

QR Code : Adding a QR Credential

• In your Atlas Web Application go to Access > Users & select the personnel to assign the QR to
• You will select to add a card. There will be a dropdown menu where you can select QR Code
• Input a numerical QR Code # of your choosing and click “Save” at the top of the screen
• Go back into the User profile and next to the QR Code click “Share”
• Your ZKey Credential Registration will appear
• Open the ZKey App and click “ADD A NEW KEY”
• Select the type of key as “QR CODE”
• You can either scan the registration information from the Atlas web application or input the registration code. If sending to someone else, you can copy the code to your clipboard and email it
• After adding the credential, you will be taken to the home screen where you can click on that credential to select and use it
• Hold the credential to the QR reader to gain access
